Sign Up To Become A Vendor
We welcome your organization to participate as a Holistic Practitioner, providing services, classes, or brief presentations about your organization at the Re-Kee Wellness Conferences. The Registration Fee is $50.00 for this event, which is held quarterly. You can also become a member with all the benefits for a (1) one-time fee of $125.00 for the entire year.
As a Practitioner for the Re-Kee Wellness Conference, you will be able to give workshops and treatments at $20.00 per person, for 20 minutes. A ($5.00) fee goes back to the organization-providing you with a profit of $15.00 per session. You are also allowed to sell any CD's, books, or products from your organization. If you would like to become a Practitioner or Service Provider at the Re-Kee Wellness Conference, please complete all sections of this Registration Form.
